Sr. Sales Manager (Full Time)
Job description:
We are looking for Sr Sales Manager to manage a group product for our company. This is a Dealer centrist role - acquisition of paid dealers on the platform.
Responsibilities: 
•	Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers.
•	LEAD MANAGEMENT; Generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth of assigned territory.
•	Meet customers as per call cycle plan.
•	Collect market information, collecting competitor's data, analyzing the same.
•	Execution of sales strategies.
•	Conducting product awareness campaigns, service campaigns, training sessions for dealer's technician at dealer’s end.
•	Defining beat plan and visiting them on monthly basis
•	Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Skill(s) required:
•	1 - 2 yrs proven experience as Area Sales Professional or similar role
•	Graduation 
•	Solid knowledge of Dealership enrolment, marketing, and sales principles
•	Proficient in MS Office
•	An analytical mind with a strategic ability
•	Excellent communication and people skills
