Job description:

Key Account Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager Professional for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

You will manage our partnerships, from development to launch and ongoing partner management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics via various partner programs, marketing, and new integrations. This is a critical role on the Partnerships team. The qualified candidate will have a good mix of

skills that include an ability to understand a variety of partnerships and their value propositions, strong communication skills to build and deepen partner relationships, an ability to work effectively cross-functionally with both internal and external teams, and a desire to drive significant growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity

• Identify and lead strategic partnership opportunities to achieve key Business objectives

• Lead efforts to develop partnerships and materialize deals with significant impact on topline

• Plan and execute initiatives to drive growth opportunities in key Business verticals Research, plan and finalize the agenda & priorities for Growth and Strategic Partnership

• Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

• Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)

• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports

• Assess overall company performance against objectives

• Represent the company in events, conferences.

• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

Skill(s) required:

• 2-4 years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
