Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities


Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management


Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management


Track and report on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements; contribute to an engaging and upbeat working environment


Take a lead on People Analytics and drive appropriate initiatives related to Rewards & Recognition, Compensation & Benchmarking, HR Budgeting etc.


Coach and advice people leaders on all people related matters


Influence and partner with cross functional working teams, including both HR and business team members, to launch various company policies on-time


Be the conscience keeper of the organization championing the cause of employees and upholding the organization's values


Ensures all People programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost-effective

Skill(s) required:

Skills Required


-5+ years of relevant experience spread across various aspects of People Management


-Hands on experience of Talent Acquisition, campus recruitment and conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc. in a virtual environment)


-Good planning, organizing and coordinating competencies and able to handle multiple assignments concurrently


-Stakeholder management: Ability to navigate through multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
