Job description:

1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
2. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
3. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Skill(s) required:

1. 2-5 years experience in managing Sales Team
2. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
3. Experience handling Sales/Business Development for Solar Companies preferred (IIT/IIM Graudates only)
4. Great communication and negotiation skills
5. An attitude to get things done
