Job description:

1. Interact with clients to clearly understand their requirements and provide appropriate services
2. Monitoring the overall functioning and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
3. Build positive and long-term client relationships for business growth.
4. Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Remain up to date on the Process Updates and ensure 100% Quality
6. Resolve all issues related to Client Services and provide complete solutions to enhance Client Satisfaction.
7. Maintain frequent communication and follow-up with clients.

1. Good communication skills, fluency in both English and Hindi
2. Attention to detail and ability to set-up and adhere to operations processes
